AMOTEK Technologies is the data controller for the personal data collected through this AI-readiness checklist. You can reach us at filip.smet@amotek.be.

• Your name and email address (required to send you your result).
• Your phone number (optional, only if you provide it yourself).
• Your answers to the questions and the calculated readiness score.
• Origin data of the link you arrived through (campaign parameters, referring page and landing page) so we know which campaign works.
• Your consent, with the timestamp and version of this policy.

• Delivering and following up your result · based on your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box before you start the test.
• Contacting you about an assessment · only if you request it yourself or gave consent for this.
• Website usage statistics · only after you accept analytics cookies.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects and we never sell it to third parties.

Your submission is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless a client relationship arises in the meantime or you ask for deletion earlier. After that the data is deleted.

Only with processors that help us deliver this service, always under a data processing agreement and within the EU where possible:

• Our hosting and database provider (storage of your submission).
• Our email provider (sending your result).
• Google Analytics (only after your cookie consent).

We only place strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are loaded only after you accept them. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send a message to filip.smet@amotek.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Your data is transmitted and stored encrypted with a secure database provider, with access limited to the staff who handle your request.
